The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at The Royal Group of Colleges, Borawal Mansa, is established to oversee and ensure the institution’s quality standards. Its structure is designed in
accordance with the guidelines recommended by the National Assessment and Accreditation
Council (NAAC).

We aim to enhance both academic and administrative performance, ensuring that our institution maintains the highest standards of quality. Our Mission to create an enabling environment for continuous improvement in the institutional functioning. To integrate quality assurance processes into the academic and administrative frameworks of the institution.
To promote the use of modern teaching, learning, and evaluation methods for improved student outcomes.
Objectives of IQAC
Establish a systematic process to monitor and enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and research. Ensure the adoption of best practices in academic, administrative, and operational processes.
Promote an environment conducive to quality culture and institutional excellence. Develop an internal communication strategy to engage stakeholders in quality initiatives.
Foster innovation and creativity within the academic environment:
- Core Functions development of Quality Benchmarks:- IQAC sets institutional benchmarks for teaching, learning, and research activities.
- Conducting Periodic Audits:- IQAC conducts periodic academic and administrative audits to assess institutional performance and suggest improvements in institutional functioning.
- Feedback Mechanism:- Collection and analysis of feedback from students, faculty, alumni, and employers to guide improvement in pedagogical approaches and professional development.
- Quality Documentation:- Maintain records of institutional activities and ensure proper documentation to support quality initiatives.
- Accreditation Readiness:- Prepare the institution for accreditation.
Our Key Initiatives:
- Curriculum Development Workshops:- Engaging faculty in regular workshops to develop and update the curriculum to meet global standards.
- Skill Development Programs:- Conducting seminars and training programs for faculty and students to bridge the skills gap and foster innovation.
- Faculty Development Programs (FDPs):- Organized to provide ongoing professional development and improve pedagogical approaches.
