The Royal Group of Colleges, Borawal, organized its 4th Convocation Ceremony on 27 March 2026 with great dignity and academic grandeur. The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the lives of the graduating students as they were formally awarded their degrees in the presence of distinguished guests, faculty members, parents, and well-wishers.
The event was graced by Hon. Aman Arora, Cabinet Minister, Government of Punjab, as the Chief Guest, while Principal Budh Ram, MLA, Budhlada, attended the ceremony as the Guest of Honour. Both dignitaries congratulated the graduating students and appreciated the college for its commitment to quality education and holistic development.
The Programme commenced with the academic procession, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and the welcome address. The vice-Principal, Dr. Sandeep Kaur, presented the annual academic report, highlighting the institution’s achievements, academic progress, and contributions in the fields of education, research, sports, and cultural activities.
Degrees were conferred upon the graduating students from various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Students who had demonstrated outstanding academic performance were also recognized and honoured for their excellence.
Addressing the graduates, Hon. Aman Arora encouraged them to uphold the values of integrity, dedication, and social responsibility while contributing positively to society. Principal Budh Ram extended his best wishes to the graduates and urged them to continue striving for excellence in their future careers.
The ceremony concluded with the administration of the Convocation Pledge, the National Anthem, and a vote of thanks. The occasion was a proud and memorable moment for the graduates, their families, and the entire college fraternity.
